Hello Family and Friends,

I hope you are doing well! We are once again super excited to bring another update to you about what the Lord has been doing in our family as well as here in Mexico! We are trying to be more consistent and frequent in our updates so that you can keep in constant prayer for us! We LOVE to hear back from everyone receiving these emails! So please reply if you have a chance and let us know if you are getting our newsletters!
SHORT VERSION
  1. We Moved!!  These past couple weeks have been crazy as we moved from Rosarito to Tijuana!
  2. THE END IS NEAR! Louie will finish her contract at her current workplace at the end of November. This is a blessing since she now will be more available to serve along side me in ministry! This change will cut our finances in half. Please pray the Lord will provide additional financial supporters for our missionary journey. Read below for more details.
  3. CHURCH GROWTH! The church has begun to grow! Not only in numbers but also in love! Our monthly potlucks have had a huge impact on the unity of our church! Please pray we continue to grow in love and encouragement in our church so we become a perfect functioning body!
  4. TRIP TO LA PAZ, MEXICO! We have both been offered administrative positions in a new Pastor/Leader Training Center that is beginning in 2017. Please pray that the Lord would guide us to make the correct decisions!

LONG VERSION
  1. WE ARE MOVING!! For the past 6 months we have been living in Rosarito; (about 25 mins away from the church where we serve.) We have found a place in Tijuana that is only 7 minutes away from the church! This is a huge blessing and will allow me to be even more involved with events at church. An additional blessing; it’s only one block away from Louie’s mom! Please pray that everything goes well and this will be the right place for my wife and me!
  2. THE END IS NEAR!! As I stated above in the “Short Version,” Louie’s job is ending. Her work contract will be up at the end of the month.This is an amazing blessing because it will free her up to be more involved in ministry, yet it will cut our finances in half. We want to be very clear and transparent about how this will affect us. Currently, we live off  $900 a month. I receive $600 monthly in missionary support and Louie is making $500 a month at her current workplace. Starting in December, our income will drop to only $600 dollars of support. This is a harsh hit for us. We ask you to please pray about coming alongside us as a financial partner.   3. CHURCH GROWTH! We have started to have church potlucks at the end of every month. This has really brought our church together as a congregation. Women in our church have started their own home bible studies. More and more people have begun to serve in different ministries throughout the Church. The Church is beginning to come alive!
  4. TRIP TO LA PAZ! There is a new Pastor/Leader Training center opening up in La Paz. The Director of the school has offered us position helping in the administration of this Training Center. In the beginning  of December We will be going down for a few days to talk with the Director to find out more information regarding these positions. Please pray that the Lord would Guide us and direct our decision to go or to stay and serve here in Tijuana!

Hello all! I figured since I've been a missionary for over two years it was about time to write an update on what the Lord has been doing in Mexico, and in my life personally! Because this is my first newsletter, I want to give a quick background to what I have been up to for the past 2 years here in Mexico. ROSARITO On January 10th, 2014, God called me to Mexico. For six months I was in Rosarito, Mexico, serving at a church as an intern. Alongside six other guys, my responsibility was to clean the church, set up for events and bible studies, and be available to serve whenever possible. This was a really good time of humbling for me. JANUARY 2019

2019 has finally arrived and this month we celebrate 5 years of serving here in Mexico! We are so joyful for all that God has done these wonderful years. I do apologize for not writing updates for the past few months, but I would like to catch you up on some things that happened last year Blake: As many of you know last year I was praying about starting school in the Pastorship Training program here in La Paz. Well, in September of 2018 I began school. It has been such an amazing blessing to be able study the word of God, and I have learned so much.  Part of this program is that we get to do a Biblical Analysis. We go through every book of the bible and write a paragraph analysis for every major character, place, and event in the book. This is extremely time consuming and difficult, but I have personally seen what a huge blessing it is to dig through and study deeply in the scriptures. NEW MINISTRY!

Hello Family and Friends, Here we are again updating you with what the Lord has been doing in our family this year! We LOVE to hear back from everyone receiving these emails! So please reply if you have a chance and let us know if you are getting our newsletters! Every Tuesday morning, we pray for every one of you! Send us a message back if you have any specific prayer requests! WE MOVED! …  AGAIN, BACK TO LA PAZ! The Lord, once again, has been faithful to answer our prayers. As many of you know, my wife’s job ended November of last year. God immediately opened doors for us to join a new ministry down in La Paz.  This is the same city where I was able to help plant a church three years ago! It took us 20 hours to drive down here, but with your prayers and God’s protection we made it down here safely.  A few days after arriving God provided a home for us!  After 2 months of settling in we have finally been able to visit the beautiful beaches here!  If you and your fam
